Position Overview: Provides nursing and medical related services, under the clinical supervision of RN Supervisor to individuals at home and assuring compliance with all applicable billing standards.
Valid RN license & CPR certified
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Reliable transportation (NYS Driver's License required).
Ability to work independently and motivate others.
Experience in working with Ventilator preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. dead weight, stoop, bend, pull & push.
Must pass all required background checks

HUMAN RESOURCES RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruits new talent by posting and monitoring job advertisements, sorts and reviews resumes as they arrive.
Aid in hiring qualified professionals for open positions.
Training and orientating new employees on company policies and procedures.
Assists with the implementation and development of employee handbook and new personnel policies/procedures including safety and health programs.
Keeps employee files and information neat and organized so they are readily available when needed.
Maintains ADP/Paycom updates, files, and updates all new policy and procedures roll outs needed to keep employees up to date on all trainings.
Open communication with the administration team as well as the field employees.
Performance Management and Coaching best practices.
Policy and procedure review and recommendations.
Be knowledgeable regarding salary and benefits or have the ability to get the correct answers for all employees.
Files necessary compliance reports.
Creates employee badges, helps to track employee attendance, and assists in employee’s orientation.
Prepares all necessary paperwork needed for on-boarding and ensures all needed background checks are completed within a week of hire.
Maintains good employee relations and diplomatic leadership.
Administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as necessary and to represent the department.
Aids payroll and billing department, as necessary.
Aids in quality assurance investigations, as necessary.
Assumes any other general duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Minimally Associates degree in related field, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Must have a background in Human Resources (Hiring, training, recruiting, staff retention, disciplinary action, etc..)
Must be able to speak and write well, be fair, discreet, persuasive, congenial and composed.
Must be able to bend, stood, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
Must pass all background and safety checks
Must have and maintain a valid NYS driver’s license, insurance and inspection.
Must maintain a reliable car of form of transportation to and from work.
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Performed in a management role previously.
