Position Overview: Oversees reporting, investigations, and interviews for incidents involving individuals and staff, in compliance with all Mental Hygiene Laws & NYS Regulations pertaining to the Department of Health.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Business Administration, Psychology, or Accounting
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have reliable transportation (NYS Driver's License required)
Must be able to work independently and motivate others
Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stoop, bend, reach, grasp, and walk as needed
Must pass all background checks
Five years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred
Knowledge of Mental Hygiene Laws & NYS regulations preferred
Audit compliance experience preferred
Two years experience in Investigative Reporting preferred
Position Overview: Provides nursing and medical related services, under the clinical supervision of RN Supervisor to individuals at home and assuring compliance with all applicable billing standards.
Valid RN license & CPR certified
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Reliable transportation (NYS Driver's License required).
Ability to work independently and motivate others.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. dead weight, stoop, bend, pull & push.
Must pass all required background checks
